Your browser remembered your login in credentials and signed you in automatically :) If that’s the case, go ahead and find a service below and a time and follow the steps to book!

Then follow the steps to create an account. Once your account is created, click the Book Appointment button to choose from our services.

Alignment & Meditation Coaching
Alignment Coaching combines the practices of Meditation, Movement and Mindset. A coaching session might use any combination of these modalities to shed light on your being and dig into what's getting in your way. You may use your sessions to explore and develop your own meditation practice or for coaching on any area where you would like to focus in your life. Throughout these sessions you will become more consciously aware of your thoughts, emotions and energy so that you can harness their transformative power to learn and grow, empowering yourself as a co-creator of your life.
Counselling and Psychotherapy Services
Psychotherapy addresses personal difficulties. It allows an individual, family, or couple, to talk openly and confidentially about their concerns and feelings with a trained professional. Our psychotherapists help clients cope with anxiety, PTSD, depression, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, trauma, phobias, addiction issues, sleep problems, etc.

Holistic Energy Work
Holistic Energy Work involves the practice of a variety of energy healing modalities that activate the body's subtle energy systems to remove blocks and stimulate the body's inherent ability to heal itself. Holistic energy work promotes self-healing by relaxing the body, and releasing tensions and energy blockages. Healing is natural and non-invasive with the intention of bringing the recipient into a state of balance and well-being on all levels. Energy work using vibrational medicine to calm and rebalance the client's mind, body and soul. Clients report feeling lighter, less anxious and at peace following energy work.
Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a state to tap into the subconscious mind, where our memories and emotions are stored bypassing the conscious mind where our logic is stored. Hypnosis allows clients not only the well-being of deep relaxation and stress reduction but also the ability to reinforce good habits and the empowerment to change undesirable ways. It has proven very effective to be helpful with: sleep disorders, fears and phobias, weight management, improving relationships, sports improvements and discovering past lives to help improve your current life.

Massage Therapy
Our RMTs customize the perfect treatment plan for clients whether they want a deep tissue, prenatal or overall relaxation massage. We Thrive offers direct billing to most insurance companies. Bring your policy information to your appointment and we will take care of the rest!
Meditation & Mindfulness
Finding centred calmness and a peaceful mind is a practice one develops over time. We Thrive offers meditation and mindfulness classes for children, teens and adults.
Physiotherapy
Leslie strives for excellence in her practice and aims to get her patients back to doing what they LOVE. Leslie provides manual therapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy and yoga physiotherapy.
Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction offers clients an opportunity to explore the deepest questions in a person's life. Through spiritual direction you explore your relationship with the divine as you seek to learn and grow in your own personal spirituality. You examine the great mystery of who you are and your deepest fears, challenges to living your life fully and consciously, experiences with spiritual awakening, spiritual emergencies and the dark night of the soul, and the realities of living as a modern day mystic. As you take the risk of exploring these poignant, raw thoughts and feelings, you’ll find a new aliveness within you and around you, becoming more alert to the subtleties of the divine’s continued presence within you.

Yoga Classes
At We Thrive, our yoga classes welcome all bodies and all abilities! Our programming offers gentle lunch time slow flow yoga, evening Yin yoga with traditional Yang yoga flow, that is facilitated by Carrie Taylor. Carrie's knowledge of the body combined with her passion for all things yoga makes a perfect combination to engage newcomers and experienced yogis alike.
